I recommended the Introvert Advantage yet again to another client this week. This book comes up frequently in my coaching sessions with new clients who are introverted–and they love it! I’ve had so many people talk about how much it has helped them.
The Introvert Advantage is a great resource for introverts with tips on how to be successful in a society that tends to favor extroverts, which American society tends to do. We frequently hear the sayings, “She’s such a go-getter, the self-made man, get out there and pound the pavement” when looking for a new job. Introverts typically aren’t perceived as out there and go-getters. They tend to work their magic in more subtle ways. This book about being an introvert helps you learn how to use being introverted to your advantage and how to better relate to the extroverts in your life.
