Hallie Recommends: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

I attended a workshop 2 weekends ago that was very interesting. I learned to use what’s called the Emotional Freedom Technique; a tool I can use with my clients and myself as well. I was skeptical at first; I mean how can tapping on acupuncture points on your body really make a difference in an issue you have or a pain you are feeling? Nevertheless, I went there with an open mind and saw the results with my own eyes. And–I’ve been using this tool in the past 2 weeks with some pretty impressive results. Apparently, this technique has been used in Asian countries for eons to re-align your energy and help you overcome issues, fears and phobias.
