This week take some time to think about what obstacles get in your way of achieving your goals. I know I have plenty of my own. The first step is awareness… You can't work on something if you're not aware of it in the first place.

After identifying your obstacles, you need tools to overcoming blocks and obstacles. I like to use EFT. EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and involves ‘tapping’ techniques that allow you to get rid of negative emotions in your body. These emotions are the underlying cause of imbalance and blockages in your body’s energy system and can keep you from moving forward in your life and career.
