Tip #2 – Be open to both young and old; be willing to learn new things.
Young people tend to be more skilled in the areas of computers and technology than the older generation. Sometimes it can seem tedious to have to explain things, or maybe you feel impatient, wanting them to get to the point. Even so, your talents are well matched to someone older who knows how to play the career search game.
Make it a practice to be friendly toward everyone, even the older generation who may seem set in their ways. You have much to learn from each other!!
Be open and willing to give and gain advice from others.
