Here is a very interesting article in the Wall Street Journal about the value of a diploma these days, The Diploma’s Vanishing Value. I encourage you to investigate the value of any education that you are considering. This is not to discount the value of education. I believe education is important and encourage everyone to invest in themselves this way. However, you need to know a few things before you commit to it:
1) Will the certificate or degree give you a return on your investment? Is it required for the job you want? Is it required to gain a promotion?
2) How much will that return be. Here is an interesting website that can help you compare schools and what their value is:
